Until the day I visited NYC, where I ordered the grilled yellowfin tuna at Royal 35 Steakhouse. Their sesame seared was ex-cep-tio-nal! Since that dinner, the sesame crusted tuna is one of my favorite dishes, and its color is beautiful, isn’t it? 🙂
I remember my Mom’s carrot cake and how easy-to-make it was. This one though, and because it has layers, seemed super difficult to me. It. Is. Not. This moist carrot cake is really easy and quick to make. To make it short, it is mixing all the ingredients together and then spreading the frosting all over once baked. Can it be any easier?
The beer battered onion rings are always (and I say – always) the king on our party tables. Everyone simply loves them! Since it takes a little while to fry them (except if you have a huge pan, we don’t), we always have quite a modest amount of them. And trust me, they disappear in just a blink.
