I am a (very) beginner-level expert of mushrooms. Everytime we go picking them (this happens quite rarely though), I always go for the chanterelles or boletus (even better known as porcini). The Southwest egg rolls take a bit of time to prepare. It is actually the freezing that takes longest, the rest is cooking the ingredients and voilà, the chicken tortilla rolls are ready. The red pesto is a super quick to make sauce. It can be a great option for an easy-to-make and simple lunch. When working full time, there is not a lot of time left for cooking your lunch.
