I dare to say this is the best Italian recipe when it comes to baking. These are really simple to make Sardinian almond cookies that only require a couple of ingredients. I always wanted to make these cookies myself, but was always a bit cautious to using supermarket eggs. Beet Salad with Feta

The beet salad with feta is so quick to make: all you have to do is to simply cut the ingredients and put them together. Note that I never mix them together, I will rather put the grated beetroot to the plate and the rest of the ingredients on the top. You may also use your favorite spices! However, I usually use just salt and pepper as I love to keep it simple as it is full of flavors and adding spices may hide them.

The red pesto is a super quick to make sauce. It can be a great option for an easy-to-make and simple lunch. When working full time, there is not a lot of time left for cooking your lunch.
