Ohhhhh goodie goodie goodie! These stuffed bell peppers are absolutely gorgeous! When it comes to the bell pepper types (I mean, the colors), I tend to choose the red ones. They are the sweetest and look really beautiful when served. The stuffed peppers can be made with any you like most! Say the green bell peppers are less sweet than others, but they will complement nicely with the rest of ingredients, too.

For the meat instead, I usually go for ground beef and chicken. The combination can be any, so feel free to use other meat you like such as turkey. When it comes to rice instead, you may want to try the cooked cauliflower instead. The stuffed pepper turn delicious, too!

I know it may seem difficult, but trust me that making the stuffed bell peppers is so easy! Make sure you follow the steps here below, and I am sure you will love them. Oh and remember the secret part of this recipe!

Enjoy!
