I always have some cornflakes in my kitchen, and it often happens that one package is almost gone while the new one is of different flavor. This is the best way where to use the leftover cornflakes! Wherefore, you can mix whatever type of cornflakes you have!

I love this cornflake cookie recipe as I think it is the perfect match of ingredients: dried cranberries and cashews. I love adding poppy seeds too as surprisingly they give more flavor too! Also, I love adding sunflower seeds, they make the cornflake cookies heavier yet even more delicious!

  • Combine together the cornflakes, condensed milk dried cranberries, cashew nuts, poppy seeds. Make sure the condensed milk is spread well all around the cornflakes
  • Form the scoops/balls of the dough
  • Bake for 20min or until beautifully brown
