The white bean dip is really quick to make. And it is so healthy, too! The taste is quite soft....well, except if you load it with fresh chili pepper just the way I do. Loooots of chili pepper! My mouth is always burning, literally. But I still love it, especially on a freshly toasted bread.
What I love about this bean dip is that everytime I make it, I can add different spices and so experiment a bit. I usually use garlic (the powdered one will work too, in case you don't have the fresh one), cilantro, but you can try with parsley, basil, ginger... You name it!
I wanted to dedicate a line on how to store the dip. And the funny thing is that I never have to store it overnight as everytime I make it, it disappears in a couple of hours :D This is amazing! Also, the kids like it (do not exaggerate with chili peper when making their bites) so quick, tasty, and easy to make white bean dip!
