I use whole garlic cloves or even the whole garlic head, and I usually use them later when making dipping sauces or dressings. If you want to do it too, don't be afraid to cook some more garlic.
Although may seem heavy, potatoes are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and act an important role when it comes to blood sugar control. Also, potatoes help reducing heart disease risk and getting higher immunity.
