I have been always thinking that making teriyaki salmon is quite complicated. Trust me - it is not! There is actually no way you can fail making the teriyaki sauce and so teriyaki salmon as it is super easy. The baked salmon turns super delicious, soft and moist, and has an extremely beautiful texture (even though I do not use mirin).
