If you have never made nachos for your party, this is your moment! But we've got a problem here! You may be asked for a bis, and then it's your problem lol. I still wonder how to best describe this snack: crunchy, fresh, hot, cold, soft, tender... It has a great mix of amazing flavors and textures. And it's also so colorful that will definitely look great on the table. I wish you could smell the nachos with beef now that I am about to take them out of the oven. Omg, loving it!
This nachos with beef is a gluten-free recipe. If you or your friends are vegetarian instead, you can replace meat with soy, chickpeas or even tofu. Oh before I forget: let me give you a quick tip; if you have some leftovers, do not store the nachos in fridge. You better leave them on the countertop covered with some baking paper, otherwise the nachos absorb humidity. I am pretty sure this would not happen as the beef nachos will finish in a minute! :)
