I am still wondering if there is any better match than salmon and zucchini. The creamy salmon pasta has more than that: creamy texture, salmon freshness, zucchini tenderness. All in one and the same dish! See, you don't need to have Michelin star to look professional in the kitchen. Oh and I almost forgot: if you make this dish for your date night, s/he will get straight into your heart :)
You may think that to make this creamy salmon pasta takes hours. This is not true! It is basically just cooking pasta (AL DENTE is a must!) and adding in other ingredients.
There is one thing you must know before getting the ingredients for the salmon pasta ready. And this is something fundamental! Rule N°1: you MUST use freshly ground pepper. Whether black, green, white, or red (or a mix of all!), it must be freshly ground pepper. Trust me, the flavors using freshly ground pepper and the regular one (most probably purchased already ground) differ like the North and the South Poles.
